This afternoon we celebrated the ordination of Meghan (Garland) James. As stated on the Upstate NYS Synod Facebook page:
Let it be acclaimed that Meghan James is a called and ordained minister of word and sacrament in the church of Christ. Meghan has Christ’s authority to preach the word of God and administer the sacraments, serving God’s people as together we bear God’s creative and redeeming love to all the world. Amen.
